And the author has greatly regarded training students' innovative ability on mainly teaching methods—cooperation teaching , study teaching, independent teaching by using the following five aspects: establishing the democratic, equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship; setting up the teaching environment ; permit the students some time and space to solve the problems by themselves and reach their own conclusions; creating encouraging assessment system for students learning; making a point of excite the students' innovative interest; paying regard to the creative practice to promote the students' innovative levels. The results of the training are that students' innovative ability has obviously improved. It has achieved the remarkable experimental effect.
