Sex education plays an important part in the modern qualityiented education. Students are only viewed as the educational object by Chinese traditional sex education of puberty but 'student and learning-centered education ' is not stressed. This is a main factor that students deal with the changes of attitudes towards sex. Developing students' individual development, however, is a subject of the current educational reform and an essential gap of deepening the educational reform. The thesis chooses sex education of puberty as a research subject and further defines every concept as the scientific definitions. On the basis of learning about the current condition and development tendency at home and abroad, 'student and learning-centered education' of sex education including its connotations, meanings, objectives, enforcement principles, methods and theory and practice etc. of the subject involvement at home and abroad teaching is systematically studied. Meanwhile, lessons are drawn from the foreign methods of sex education, are compared with Chinese sex education, are studied and are selected the essence. How to develop the Chinese sex education courses is explored. Experience and effective measures of sex education of puberty are summed up and are explored. Overall, exploration and thoughts are put forward on the basis of summarizing our predecessors' achievements in scientific research.
