World changes and human being develops. Globalization is changing and reorganizing our daily life, which brings deep influences on modern Chinese politics, economy and culture, especially puts forward severe challenges on the moral education in our higher education systems. Moral education in universities should not only face the challenges of globalization, push the creation of contents and teaching modes of moral education, but also adopt to the changes and features of modern society and colleges' moral changes, and to satisfy the needs for the training of students.As the core of the second and the third generations of CPC, both Deng xiaoping and Jiang zemin attach much importance to the moral education from the point of view of the strategic level of "Governing the country and secure the society". Based on the requires with the changes of international and domestic conditions, using the ideas and ways of Marxism, Deng xiaoping summarizes the lessons and experiences of socialism, ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics from positive and opposite angles, follows and develops the moral ideas of Chairman Mao. Under the new historical conditions, based on the new condition, new task and new characteristics of ideological and political education, Jiang zemin adheres to the scientific use of Deng xiaoping's moral ideas, enriches and develops it through summarizing the new experiences, thus constructs a very complete moral creative ideas focusing on both era and theory features.The thesis explains in four parts the background, current situations, the origin, comparative analysis on moral ideas' system and its revelation on moral education in universities, the key is in the third part. Through the comparative analysis on background, position, role, objective, method and ways of the two leaders'moral education theories, the thesis opens out the common rules existed in the moral education work in different historical background and periods. Through summarizing the differences, similarities and creative theoretical results between the moral education theories of the two leaders, the thesis tries to find and establish new ways and ideas for the moral education in universities.
