Mao Zedong's education theory is a summary of the group wisdom of the Chinese Communist Party and a scientific conclusion of the ideological legacy of Chinese Nationality. Deng Xiaoping's education theory is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's. Holding highly the great Banner of Deng Xiaoping's theory, the state leaders of the 3rd-generation, represented by Comrade Jiang Zemin, Deng Xiaoping's theory is enriched and further developed. Facing to 21st century, they promote the people's education cause to a new stage.. There are a lot of similarities, or even the same, among the views on education theories such as the general characters belonged to the theory system of Marxism, the scientific character of the theory foundation which is the outcome of theory and practice, the service direction focused on the improvement of people's cultural quality and the continuity of the basic contents uphold the socialism direction.At the same time, there are different characteristics in their education theories and ideologies because of their personal social backgrounds, experiences and their knowledge configuration such as their different views on the education function, the educational aims, the combination between education and practice, the ideological political education, the innovation of teaching and the emphasis on respecting teachers and focusing on teaching.The relation of their education theories and ideologies is heritable, compatible, dialectical and integrate. Their education theories and ideologies have the vital guiding significance to the innovation and development of the present Chinese education cause.
