The Ecological Analysis Of The Higher Education Structure In Chinese Western Region

The thesis demonstrates an ecological analysis on higher education structure in Chinese western region, taking the value of ecology and ecological principles and methods into account. The research is based on the analysis of present condition of the western higher education structure, exploring reasons of unbalance, putting forward basic direction that structure adjusts to, finally taking the continuance as the potential way to develop higher education structure in Chinese western region. Firstly, this thesis analyzes in great detail the layer structure, section structure, form structure and distract structure of the western higher education from the angle of ecology. It finds out ecological problems of the western higher education structure according to its adaptability to environment and its balance and analyzes the condition that structure is out of balance. Secondly, aiming at this kind of condition, this thesis then explores reasons why the western higher education structure is out of balance mainly from the inner part and the exterior. The inner reason is the absurdity of the ecosystem: it is that the ecosystem of the western higher education is not reasonable seeing on the macro view, it is that the ecosystem of structure factors is not reasonable seeing on the tiny view. The exterior reason is the influence of ecosystem factors: the influence of limiting factors and ecosystem environment. Thirdly, the thesis puts forward basic direction that structure adjusts to: ecosystem balance. It express that the coordination of layers, the excellent turn of sections, the diversification of teaching forms, the balance development of district. Trying to carry out the target that all main factors distribute reasonably and keep the opposite balance development of the higher education structure in Chinese western region. Last but not least, it is suggested that ecological development is the rationale choice of the higher education structure in Chinese western region. And it thinks that keeping the balance of the higher education structure should follow higher education ecosystem regulation. As a result, the thesis appeals to constructing the ecological development principles, pushing the development of higher education structure in Chinese western region.
