Study Of Construct On School-Based Management Mechanism Of Privately-Run Primary And Middle Schools In The Countryside

Content: School-based management is a kind of self-management which is based on schools.It has an important influence on the education field of foreign countries.School-based management mechanism combines the school effectiveness with the recent achievements in the research and development of school-based management.It reveals a new and overall view.It suggests that school management should pursue the development of the school and the school effectiveness.In recent years,education has developed rapidly in our privately-run primary and middle schools in the countryside areas of inland provinces which are less-developed.But there are still many problems in its internal management so it still needs to be groped and developed.This article takes Nanchang county of Jiangxi province for example.In the article,the author investigates and analyses the present situation of the development of the privately-run primary and middle schools and the problems exiting in the interior management of these schools.The author attempts to use the advanced ideas and achievements in school-based management mechanism of foreign countries for reference and make a preliminaryinquiry into the school-based management mechanism of the privately-run primary and middle schools in the countryside areas,expecting that it will do good to the healthy development of them.
