Education plans, teacher-centered; there are good teachers, have a good education. Teacher quality is the key factor in determining the overall education. Should keep up the pace of innovation and improve the complementary mechanisms of rural teachers, improve teacher supplementary mechanism means that the status of teachers in rural areas to get attention. So, how to cultivate and enhance the level of professional development of teachers in rural areas has become a question of the meaning now, because the breadth of content, professional development of teachers in rural areas in many aspects, this paper studies rural junior high school teachers’ professional development process added a special factor, namely, the development of teacher professional School value orientation, and school-based orientation includes a lot of content, the most important are school-based management, school-based programs, pre-school-based training and school-based service teacher training, therefore, improve rural teachers’ professional development must also be from several aspects.In this paper, rural junior high school teachers ’professional development at the school-based orientation under study to study teachers’ professional development has been the outcome of the theoretical basis, through the analysis of school-based management under the school-based orientation, school-based curriculum, school-based training and school-based pre-service teacher training of teachers the impact and significance of professional development, then analyzes the current situation and the status quo reason junior middle school teachers ’professional development, and finally through the analysis of these reasons make out strategies to enhance rural junior high school teachers’ professional development.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction. Including the problems and research significance, the related research both at home and abroad, research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second part: school-based orientation and its impact on rural teachers’ professional development. Respectively introduces the school-based management impact on rural teachers’ professional development, the influence of the school-based curriculum of rural teachers’ professional development, the influence of the school-based training of rural teachers’ professional development and school-based orientation of teachers’ pre-service training’s impact on rural teachers’ professional development.The third part: school-based orientation of rural teachers’ professional development status and problem analysis. Introduces the school-based orientation of rural teachers’ professional development present situation and the existing problems, and is the cause of made a detailed explanation.The fourth part: school-based orientation of rural teachers’ professional development strategy.
