Research Of Safety Management In Primary And Middle School

Abstract: Safety is the premise of social development and the essential security of individual's development. With the rapid development of science and technology, the improvement in economy and living standard, and the progress in social civilization, safety becomes more and more important. Safety becomes the social focus for most adolessents gotheres in school. Under the influence of traditional consciousness of self-centredness, people cares their own safety only. All walks of life make "safety first" as the watch word, but no one act out actually. Safety likes an unseeingbomb, which may explode any time. Safety management is an important part of school education management. It's also the premise and assurance of carrying out the fuality-oriented education. Through the research and discussion of school safety in theory and practice, this paper attemps to make a conclussion on the characteristic and law of school safety management. And then this paper makes out policy and measures to strenghen it. Aiming at creating a steady social circurmstance, this paper calls the society to set consciousness of "human first" and "safety first", makes the government, school and society deepen their understanding of school safety,improves the standard of school management, reduces the rate of accident as much as possible, secues the life of teachers and students and school property, prometes the health and safe growing up of primary and middle school students, and finally ensures the school education and teaching carried out normally.
