As the essential attribute of Graduate education, "Academic and exploring" is the logical reasoning result about academic—the essence of graduate education’s state and exploring —the essence of graduate education’s moving.Being relative to application master degree students, academic master degree students have a higher and tighter demand of academic and expolring.Academic master degree students are acting as potential academics and being the main force to explore.Revealling the essence of academic mainly from two point of view:quiescent condition and dynamic condition.Among them, as"the process of knowledge activity", dynamic academic is manifested as the exploring and creating of elite knowledge.As"the consequence of knowledge activity", static academic is manifested as elite knowledge.Learning elite knowledge have a basic significance for enhancing the academic leval and raising the exploring ability.On the basis of grasping elite、elite education and elite culture, this paper defines elite knowledge as the knowledge that makeing sense of value specification and cultural orientation through exposing the value of humanity and the society historical mission in order to enlighten thinking and awaken rational.From the point of connotation characteristics, elite knowledge exist the characteristics that transcendence of time and space、extensive recognition、the profound thoughts and the far-reaching infuence.From the point of extension, elite knowledge cover the classical knowledge、the advanced knowledge and so on.Being situated between knowledge and knowledge views, academic master degree students should learn and creat elite knowledge. At first, they should bulid knowledge views of elitism.However, by the impact of utilitarianism and money worship, academic master degree students’ knowledge views are deviating.Taking S college as an example, the deviating of knowledge views performance:aufhellung of Knowledge content narrowing of knowledge acquisition, inferior of the growing soil of knowledge and departure of knowledge value orientation.Causes for the deviating are a lot.Firstly,the rushing of postmodernism knowledge views.postmodernism knowledge views advocate the knowledge have the property of active construction,value, horizon and diversity,replacing the traditional knowledge views that have the property of objectivity, neutral,univerality and single.Those strike the selection and create of elite knowledge.Secondly,the defect of postgraduate training mechanism.the enrollment of the postgraduate,the imbalance of educational structure,the training mode of strictly input and loose output’and the employment polic of the two-way selection have a negative influence for buliding knowledge views of elitism.Thirdly, the infection of the impetuous social atmosphere.It lead the learning to marginalization, utilitarianism and shallow-distribution.At the same time, it also leads to low quality knowledge that thinking highly of form, but ingoring the content.Fourthly, the decling of elite consciousness.Academic master degree students don’t claim themselves as the elite’s standard.If things go on like this, it is count against buliding knowledge views of elitism.Combining the reality and reason, we try our best to explore how to remodel knowledge views of academic master degree students.We should advocete the studying idea of returning to school. At the same time, we should improve the education system of postgraduate.Strengthening the academic atmosphere from material, spirit and institution is also important.Certainly, remodeling knowledge views of academic master degree students should also enhance the consciousness of elite,cultivate elite character.
