Study On Teachers Management Operating Mechanism Of Xi'an Siyuan University

As the higher education of our country steps into popular stage, non-governmental universities will face very good development opportunity, but it is that weak teachers' strength has already become the bottleneck restraining non-governmental university's development. That to optimize the teachers management operating mechanism and to build a teachers-team with high quality as well as strong stability are important guarantees for non-government universities' long-term development. as a new non-governmental university, xi'an siyuan university faces the same problem. doing research on the teachers management operating mechanism of xi'an siyuan university is meaningful not only for the university itself, but also for other non-governmental universities.Referring to present research achievements about teachers-team-building of non-governmental high education, and based on the real whole investigation on teachers management operating mechanism of xi'an siyuan university, this paper describes this university's present development conditions and teachers management operating mechanism, and judges the present mechanism using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. it. concludes that this mechanism has some problems in the following aspects, such as the structure of the teachers-team, the teachers' effect checking, the training of teachers, the designing of salary system, the programming of teachers-team's building etc. According to these problems, this paper proposes the general mode with the teachers-team structure optimization and the effect-checking improving of the who|e operation mechanism as the main parts, and with the teachers introducing, training and managing as the supplement. it establishes the teachers management dynamic optimising mechanism of xi'an siyuan university. thismechanism is comprised of teachers-team structure optimising, effect checking and salary program designing, the present management system perfecting, teachers-introducing mechanism drafting and the teachers training system establishing etc. It also provides corresponding improving measures from the following aspects, teachers-team structure improving, teachers building programming perfecting, the strengthening of teachers-team's training and developing, and the improvement of teachers introducing etc.
