As the new round of course reformation goes on, cooperative learning has become a very important study for students. It is also a common method teachers using in their teaching activity. This research aims at discover what influence will group cooperative learning have on primary Maths teaching. It's taken two years to do the experiment on senior students in primary school, which were divided into study groups to cooperate in class. A conclusion is suggested by this experiment: the Students in cooperative learning groups obviously get higher marks. During the cooperative, both the students'independ and interdepend hard-working are the most important factors. Each student must work hard on their own to gain good marks and obtain any teaching object. Yet in many conditions, this study style should be adjusted to education contents, using different teaching mode.
