The vocational education is the education that is directly and closely related to the economic construction. Grasping economic must grasp the vocational education. The secondary vocational education is an important unit of it. But since reforming and opening especially in 1990's during the developing of high education, the secondary vocational education hasn't developed and got into the trouble of living as well. Its a, to enroll new students are lowing. Its two, the student quality is not so good as before. Its three, the social is lowering the recognition of the finished students. With the rapid and perfect development of economic systems in market and reform of the vocational education in our country, a new person training-model---"order-made education" teaching model is emerging quietly. The "order-made education" is just a model of running a school that schools and enterprises work out the plan of person training together, sign the contact of employment; take charge of enrolment, training and employment. The "order-made education" embodies the regularity that human resources are developed and used in the market economic and make sure that the direction of vocational education .It is an efficient way that carries out the combining practice with teaching and school and enterprise run a school together. It is also a try that improves personal training level and opens human resources. In addition, it is a better way that helps the secondary vocational school get out of the trouble in developing school.Because of history and area and economic and so on, the secondary vocational education in Xinjiang is obviously stagnant behind the interior of our country. The order of the secondary vocational education is starting in Xinjiang. The farm secondary school in Xinjiang is carrying out the vocational education reform, trying the "order-made education". The study is a finding report thattwenty-six teaching class are invested. The result of investigation tells us that the "order-made education" has some problems as follow: The first, the order-made education only stops in an assignment. The second, the school gives consideration to the employment for the urgent employees and make the students take part in the production of the enterprise in advance. The third, the students of order-made education class aren't worry about the employment at all. Last, the school can't track the educated students who are taught by the order-made education.As above, the study comes up with some ideas of resolving the problem. First, schools should strength the communication and cooperation with enterprises, institute talent-training project with enterprises. Enterprises should take part in the whole process of "order-made education", especially in practice training so that the trained-students can meet the need of enterprises. In this way, schools will have long cooperation with enterprise. Second, schools should build up teachers' procession which adjust order-made education, which is CBE educational mode with the China character. It pays more attention on training students' practice ability. It appeals to "double-ability" teachers. The third, Deepening colligate reform to secondary vocational school technique education. Only that, the alms of order-made education is truly realized and schools should be run with the feature of the vocational education so as to let it be more sciential, practical and more welcomed by enterprises.
