With the development of education, young teachers have taken a large part in middle and primary schools of Feng Xian Districto They are the main force in the course of promoting Feng Xian's educational reform and development. Therefore, their professional moral level influences individual development, the quality of all educators as well as educational modernization drive in Feng Xian. More and more attention are paid from government and society to the quality of professional morality of young teachers. Whereas, in recent years, many problems have been exposed in the aspect of professional morality of young teachers who are below 35, which has increasingly become the focus of teachers' problems.The write who has works as a sponsor of building up teachers' professional morality in Feng Xian District, consequently, starts the research on how to build up the young teachers' professional morality. This research differs greatly from the others of its kind. Because it is not a simple list of problems, existing in the young teachers' professional morality, but a research on the basic of the practice of building up teachers' professional morality. It looks back to the history development of teachers' professional morality in middle and primary schools, references basic experience including many questionnaires. In the second and third chapter, the writer deeply analyzes the problems of the teachers' professional morality in schools. The write reveals the reasons which cause the problem, looking forward to getting the emphasis of readers, in the fourth chapter. In the fifth chapter, the write provides some solutions of solving the problems of improving the professional morality of young teachers in middle and primary schools, expecting to give certain enlightening points to the follow teachers.The writer's study and though are like these: the writer is a publicist in charge of building up teachers' professional mor5ality in Feng Xian District Education Administration. In the new condition, the reinforcement and improvement of professional morality of young teachers are always in the consideration of the writer's work. Also it is the motivation of this paper. Before writing ,the writer must decide the theme and scope, get to know teachers' and students' point of views to these problems, and try to know their tendency. Thus the questionnaire is a fact and quota analysis. At the same time , in order to discover the further meanings and nature of problems, reasons, and counter-measures, the writer has some interview and mini-discussions, which can help the studyof quality. Meanwhile, the writer is planning some activities to improve local young teachers' professional morality. Thus the writer gets the first-hand materials of building up young teachers' professional morality, including the plannings, summaries, materials of special activities, and cases in various schools. The research of the writer is a kind of interactive and active study. Looking up different kinds of reference in another important method for the writer's study. Many scholars' and teachers' theories and viewpoints have enlightened the writer most. In a word, the analysis of the questionnaire and the quotation of cases, discussions and reference can build up the interactive proof of multi-angles. The writer thinks that his own study has certain conviction and effect.The thesis is led in from the increasingly serious problems of inappropriate behavior of young teachers which is against the teachers' professional morality, and leads out the problems of building of the young teachers' professional morality. The main part of the thesis focuses on the survey of problems of young teachers' professional morality in middle and primary schools in Feng Xian District, analyzing the local successful experience and a few expression of individual young teachers or a group of teachers and building up of teachers' professional morality in schools' administration. From three aspects including the social reasons, the administrative factors of school and the young teachers themselves, the thesis analyses the reasons of problems in young teachers' professional morality and finally set up the concept that on the basic of human beings, people should create a new model of teachers' professional morality suitable for the market economic system, renew and enrich the contents of teachers' professional morality education, obey the teachers' professional morality education according to the law, utilize the methods of building up teachers' professional morality. Improve the teachers' professional morality supervision system, promote the young teachers' self-discipline and so on, by which to search for solution to solve the problems in building up young teachers' professional morality, hoping that education administrators will present new ideas and theories for the reinforcement and improvement of building up young teachers' professional morality.
