Reading Horizon Of Expectation And Chinese Effective Reading Instruction

This thesis regarded reading horizon of expectation of high school students as the entry of theory combined with Chinese teaching practice. Its purpose lies in serving Chinese reading and establishing high-efficiency classroom reading instruction.Reading horizon of expectation will become a kind of psychological diagram when a reader is reading the literary works. It means a psychological diagram in the mind reflected and cast by Ss' original aesthetic ability , reading experience and reading motive before and during reading the literary works. The essence of reading is a psychological course to wake readers up to expect and realize readers' expectation. An effective reading instruction requires the teachers to expand expectation vision of students and satisfy their diversified requirements for knowledge and aesthetic. By constructing vivid real contexts of reading comprehension, their vision is promoted to be merged . During the class, methods of dialog and personal reading can be utilized to open and widen students' expectations voluntarily. Reaction of the reading subject should be paid close attention to and satisfied so that classroom instruction could be improved and the efficiency of reading will be enhanced.The first characteristic of this thesis is to adopt case research and theoretical research approach. The article has designed one Investigating Questionare to Reading Horizon of expectation of Literary Works of Senior High School Students. Then the author analyzed the results of the investigation. They have offered the reliable reference data for Chinese teaching. The second, the article pointed out the tactics of making readers strange and concerned to help build up expectation according to the results and principle of dialog reading .Except those above, In theory, the article analyzed and expounded the concept of reading horizon of expectation, its function and development in reading course, and then, put forward with some concrete tactics in teaching practice .The article has explained and pointed out the essence of reading and the direction of Chinese teaching .My own idea appeared from the angle of reading horizon of expectation. Secondly, some effect reading instruction strategies are brought up with in the field of expectation after analyzing the relations among expectation, dialog and personality . The article has found the theory base and operation direction for the popular methods of dialog and personality reading. Thirdly, applied cases, in fact, are intended to analyze some instruction cases with expectation theory .My aim is to make readers understand and grasp the theory better.
