Currently exam-oriented education in China should be replaced by quality-oriented education while students should be equipped with high mentality in addition to knowledge and skills. It is the requirement of the current quality-oriented education and "the Second Phase of Teaching Change" that students should initiatively and actively participate in the learning process, masters a scientific way of learning, develop interests in study and regard study as a kind of need.Recently, the instruction difficulty of teachers and the dislike of learning of students have become two prevalent problems in ideology education. Although the strategy of Cooperative Learning Instructions have been used in many subjects, it is up to teachers to practice in a scientific way so that students can understand how to cooperate, how to study during cooperation, and consequently study constructively and effectively by this method.Under this circumstance, the author attempts to use "the Cooperative Learning Instructions" in ideology education, and is trying to fish out a scientific way of Cooperative Learning Instructions through hands-on teaching experience. With the purpose of providing a theoretical support for ideology teachers, the author is appling for the college-level research project and hopes to attain a scientific result. This paper centers on "The Use of Cooperative Learning Instructions in Ideology Education", and has mainly finished the following four jobs:First, after studying the status quo of Cooperative Learning Instructions home and abroad and relevant theories, and taking into account the characteristics and deficiency of current ideology education in high schools and the insufficient use of Cooperative Learning Instructions, the author confirms the need and feasibility of using Cooperative Learning Instructions in ideology education.Second; the author puts forward and details seven general methods of Cooperative Learning Instructions in ideology education; including: Coach; Appraise; Observe; Investigate; Study collectively; and discuss equally; Compete. The influences of these methods in students' cognizance; innovation and psychology are also elaborated.Third; this paper studies the relation of Internet and ideology; suggesting four ways of Cooperative Learning Instructions in an environment of network: Motivate Innovate; Coach and Collect-Data.Fourth; promote the use of Cooperative Learning Instructions in ideology education; help massive front-line teachers improve education level and achieve better result; and encourage innovation on the basis of study and imitation.To conclude; this paper tries to provide a valuable reference for massive front-line teachers enhance the quality of education by using a scientific method; and consequently contributes to the development of ideology education in elementary and high schools of China.
