The21st century, with the rapid development of informationtechnology, the Internet as a new medium of dissemination arequietly changing the way people live, learn, work. Thetraditional teaching model of education is facing challengesin the world of information technology development andeducation for sustainable development. Thus, the constructionof modern information technology (especially networktechnology) based on openness and sustainability of the systemof education and learning has become an inevitable trend of thenew century education reform and development. Cooperativelearning is a classroom group activities as the main form ofactivity carried out. Structure of their group was among thegroup heterogeneous, homogeneous group. This ensures faircompetition, reflects the people-oriented, educationalphilosophy student body, help students to actively participatein teaching activities. The web-based collaborative learningenvironment has become an important way of online teaching.Web-based collaborative learning environment can stimulatestudents 'motivation to enhance students' learning efficiencyand innovative thinking. This paper analyzed the development of basic network ofcooperative learning environment of middle school students,pointing out the basis of cooperative learning in networkenvironment include: organizational learning networkconditions required under the network environment ofcooperative learning tasks, situations, and evaluate thedesign team, then a high school down in Zhongshan City, forexample, detailed analysis and elaboration of the junior highschool students in cooperative learning discipline objectunder the network environment, the basic steps of the subject,task scheduling, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms oflearning motivation, etc., followed by junior high schoolstudents under the network environment of cooperative learningcircumstances and teaching to the test results will besummarized and comparison, cooperative learning networkenvironment can actively develop student motivation, improvethe regulatory capacity of teachers to enhance student andteacher, student and student exchanges between the groups infavor of the advantages of the play, at the same time througha network platform that can effectively stimulate students'creative thinking, so that students propose new ideas incooperative learning, improve learning effectiveness. Finally, this paper describes the further reflection on the networkenvironment of middle school students organized cooperativelearning strategies, and junior high school students on how tocarry out cooperative learning in the network environmentrecommendations.
