Classroom discipline is the most common, as well as the most important problem in the classroom administration. Classroom discipline can greatly influence students' healthy growth and integrated development because it is not only a vital factor to decide whether the classroom education can go on wheels, but also a crucial force to shape and strengthen the students' behavior. Therefore, how to deal with the problem of classroom discipline is of vital importance in classroom administration. Researches of classroom discipline are limited in China and most of them only introduce the achievements obtained by foreign researchers without independent study. Besides, most researches on classroom discipline focus on the construction of theory instead of empirical researches. The present article bases on the researches of classroom discipline and aims at forming healthy classroom. Features and demerits of traditional classroom discipline are analyzed through several cases. Questionnaire is adopted to discover the present situation of the implementation of classroom discipline. The article puts forward the concept of healthy classroom and the strategies of the construction.Traditional classrooms respect the authority of teachers instead of the principal part of students, and pay special attention to knowledge in books instead of practical exercises, and aim to develop students' intelligence instead of their personality. In the administration of the traditional classroom discipline, some are still against the principle of education for all-round development. For example, neat classroom discipline is regarded as quietness, careful listening, no interruption and no petty action. Under such guidance, a model of discipline administration based on control, punishment and absolute obedience has been formed, which is very harmful to students' healthy development of both body and mind.The concept of humanism on education says that education aims for the harmonious development of human beings and the full realization of their personality,dignity, and potentiality. The concept of health classroom is put forward on the basis of humanism. There are several features of healthy classroom: vitality, humanistic concern, development. The goal of healthy classroom is "for every student's healthy development".The key point of this research is to explore the strategies of constructing healthy classroom through the observation, investigation and analysis of the classroom discipline. This article explores the causes of the classroom discipline and clarifies the relationships between discipline and freedom, discipline and punishment, self-discipline and outside-discipline. Besides, it bases on the advanced theory of discipline abroad and puts forward six principles on healthy classroom discipline administration: 1 .the principle of humanism;2.the principle of minimum;3.the principle of prevention;4.the principle of inspiration;5.the principle of cooperation between students and teachers;6.the principle of self-consciousness.Three new styles of healthy classroom discipline administration are presented in the article: inspiration, cooperation and self-administration. Several main points of each style are described from the practical aspect. It is hoped that these principles and styles can offer some new thinking for the healthy classroom discipline administration and clear the way to healthy development of the students.The last part suggests that teachers should renew their concept of classroom administration, shift their role as authorities in classrooms, promote their professional level and explore the individual discipline system. Though the problem of discipline is regular and can follow some models, students are all independent individuals. The situation is always changing and there is no immutable model in the world. Finally, the article hopes that every teacher could find their own unique model of discipline administration and help their students obtain a healthy and all-round education.
