With the rapid development of knowledge economic and information technology age, we are obliged to set the purpose of our education in fostering the students' creativity and practice ability. However, creativity requires that we should be conscious of the existing problems. And the fostering of being conscious of the existing of problems will never be parted from problem situations. When students are put in a problem situation, it will be easier for them to discover the problems. A good problem situation will help students elicit new questions in the process of solving problems; moreover, solving a problem enables students to draw out other sorts of questions in the problem-solving process. In this case, the students' consciousness of problems will be developed, and the practice ability will be developed at the same time. Therefore, creating effective problem situations in high school physics education is an important and meaningful way to enlighten students' consciousness of problems, creativity and practice ability.Based on the present education and educational theory, my research analyses, investigates and evaluates problem situations, which have been created and established by many frontline teachers. According to the characteristics of these outstanding and typical problem situations, based on the existed researches and combined with my teaching experience, I present five basic principles of the establishment of problem situations in high schoolphysics education. The five basic principles are: principle of positiveness, principle of inspiration, principle of development, principle of levels and principle of opening. I also present the main tactics and the essential methods, and I also use these theories to guide my teaching practice. And through the teaching practice, we can verify the theories. The result of the research shows:1. The principles, tactics and methods presented in my essay are effective and practical;2. The establishing of reasonable problem situations in high school physics education can enhance students' interest in physics study and help them get a better score in their study;3. Through establishing reasonable problem situations in high school physics education, the students' consciousness of problems and problem-solving ability will be greatly developed.4. The establishing of problem situation can promote and change students' way of studying and learning and force the teachers to alter teaching concept and study new teaching technology.
