To improve the overall country education level tends to be the competitive focus among all over the world. Up to now the situation of our country is abundant human resource with lack of high quality human capital. So we should take the opportunity to enhance our education industry in the way of increasing the investment in education industry, improving the civil education level and reinforcing the supply of high level human capital. Implementation of all these methods would promote our overall level of science and technology, in step with the whole world development and realizing the change of economy increase from the extensive to intensive way. To ensure the investment in the higher education is the precondition for the success. So it is not enough to develop the overall higher education with the only investment from government, diversiform financing channel is one of the successful experiences.In this article we use the education and education economy theory with the way of literature study, comparative research, qualitative analysis and macro analysis to dissertate necessity and feasibility of higher education fee financing channel multiformity, financing method of higher education industry in our country and U.S. and the inspiration from the comparison. The financing method in our country mainly comes from the government investment, tuition fee, sustentation fund, bank loan to the educational request, imbursement from enterprises, foundation for the scientific research and donation from the society. The financing method in the United States mainly comes from the financial support from the federal government, sustentation from the state government, tuition fee and donation to the college and university and the relationship between enterprises with colleges and universities, economy supply for students provided by university and college. Based on the comparison we found the following way for the increase in the higher education investment: set up the mechanism of donation to the college and university, consummate the stipend system, encourage the share hold education management, establish the foundation system in higher education school, organize the education foundation, facilitate the "cooperation of bank and school", positively usage of foreign investment in certain area and increase the financial management in the college and university.
