Research On Japanese Higher Education Donation Under The Cultural Perspective

For many years,along with the popularization of higher education,the shortage of higher education funds has been one of the fundamental problems troubling the development of higher education in various countries.Therefore,education financing is always a common topic in the world.The development trend of higher education funding sources in China has gradually shifted from monism to diversification.As an important channel of higher education funding sources,education donation has increasingly attracted people's attention.To a certain extent,educational donation culture is the initial condition and logical starting point of the evolution of educational donation system.Cultural system can not only affect people's values,but also constitute their code of conduct.Therefore,the research on educational donation culture is of great significance to educational donation.Japan and China have similar cultural traditions,education in colleges and universities donate has a relatively rich experience in the field of development,according to the world organization for economic cooperation and development(OECD),Japan is its members of the public education of the lowest spending,especially in the aspect of higher education,a lot of education funds from private costs,such as social donation.To Japan's higher education,analyzing the donation culture conducive to use for reference the experience of Japanese higher education donation,mining tradition in our country,further put forward the measures and effective strategy based on the cultural level of education donation,build education donation system with Chinese characteristics,for the healthy development of China's higher education donation to provide beneficial reference and consultation.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of the following aspects:The introduction mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and defines the core concepts.Clear research ideas and methods.In the first chapter of literature review,the research status of donation related to higher education at home and abroad is sorted out to obtain the current research status,basic direction of development,related research trends of this field,and to clarify the importance of donation culture research in the research of higher education donation.The shortcomings of the present research were revealed,and the future research direction was predicted.Chapter two is the theoretical basis of this study,which includes social responsibility theory,cultural model theory,cultural circle theory and resource dependence theory.The third chapter is about the historical development of Japan's higher education donation.Through analyzing the changes and development of Japan's higher education donation in different periods,the author tries to understand the development process of Japan's higher education donation culture.The fourth chapter analyzes the cultural causes of Japanese higher education donation from four aspects: the value identification of spiritual culture,the cultivation of institutional culture,the encouragement of material culture and the cultivation of behavioral culture.Chapter five Japanese higher education donation culture enlightenment to our country,from the spiritual culture,system culture,material culture,behavior culture carries on the summary analysis,several big aspects from the Japanese higher education donation culture cultivation in the process of essence,for our country's higher education donation culture cultivation to provide beneficial reference to promote our country to form a better higher education donation system,promote the vigorous development of the cause of higher education.
