The non-intelligence factors refer to the factors opposite to intelligence factors in individual study, which involve some mental factors of a person's motive, interest, emotion, will and character, etc.. Just for the health of the adult students, each factor of non-intelligence factors on different layers has a great influence on them. This essay thoroughly analyzes the problem of non-intelligence factors, and makes a research of their influence on the adult students, ranging from theoretical layer to practical layer. Through the analysis and research of the non-intelligence factors, the author makes an effort to integrate them into a system.This essay consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 analyzes and summarizes the three aspects — the meaning and characteristics of non-intelligence factors, the current situation and characteristics of the non-intelligence factors of the adult students and the present condition in fostering them. Meanwhile it also explains the significance of fostering the students' non-intelligence factors. In Chapter 2, the author analyzes the influence of non-intelligence factors upon healthily fostering the adult students in motive, interest, emotion, will, personality, moral, and ideal, etc. In the chapter, the author puts forward an assumption on how to set up an ideal mode of fostering the adult students' non-intelligence factors on the basis of mind education, teaching activities, the second classroom, everyday management and self education and so on.
