The relationship between teacher and student is the first principle of the education process. And the communication between the teacher and student is the most important precondition during the course of teaching. The article tries to summarize the idea of constructivism teaching and the important theoretical foundation of teaching strategy, then, analyses the relationship between teacher and student in the process of constructivism teaching. At last, evaluate this relationship. Constructivism teaching principle indicates that knowledge is of no transferability, by which the subjects acquire external information through semantic constructions. Because the ability of students' cognition, knowledge experience and varies with individual difference, thus produces a complex tendency in teaching, which leads to many different construct outcome. So, constructivism teaching takes the knowledge construction as the ultimate aim of education. Curriculum and teaching strategy act as serving accessory of the knowledge construction. Therefore, evaluation of teaching also should be altered compared with the traditional standard, which evaluates according to the effect of resolve problem, construct of knowledge, etc. The summarization of constructivism teaching forms the background of the discussion. Constructivism teaching principle indicates that the student play the primary part in education. Through the interaction between student and the educate material, student could finish the construction of knowledge on their own. Teacher act a mere assistant and partner of the learning. Besides the student's construction of knowledge, there are many constructive activities. For example, the interaction between teacher and the educate material, the communication between the teacher and student. Constructivism teaching put humanity, individuation and creativity in the first place. It will be devoted to the correction of the previous education in which humanity was usually neglected. Finally the belief that human is the aim is established in constructivism teaching. The relationship between teacher and student is so important for education, because of the difference of individuals' cognition, and that it produces a complex conditions in teaching, which lead to the deformed outcome. So, the relationship between teacher and student of constructivism teaching is nothing but an unearthly pursue nowadays.
