| The paper expounded the basic theories about the private college in public school based on the existing status quo that the high education serious can not meet the demand at the primary stage of socialism. In a further degree, the paper discussed the problems that Qingdao Technological University Qindao College which is the only private college in public university in Qingdao and the first in China confronted with. Then the paper gave a detailed analysis of Qingdao Technological University Qindao College's development in current situation by analyzing its external and internal environment using the basic methods of business management.
