The Study On The Development Strategy Of Shijiazhuang Institute Of Technology

In present society, economic globalization pattern is forming, and the situation of competition has become increasingly serious. We begin to emphasize the importance of human resources, more and more people pay attention to the private higher education. The resources of public higher education is scarce, supply cannot satisfy demand. The private higher education rises suddenly and make up public education. Social resources greatly ease the problem of insuficient supply of higher education.Private colleges not only improve the popularization of higher education, but also optimize the teaching mechanism. The introduction of market-oriented mode of operation greatly improves the efficiency of decision. In addition, the major subject setting and teaching design is also more flexible.But there are still many difficulties and problems in the development of private higher education, policy system is not perfect, the internal management mechanism is not perfect, the teachers strength is weak, therefore, formulate feasible development strategy is particularly important for the private colleges and universities.The author's company Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology also faced these problems. Aiming these problems, this paper reviews the research on the theory of strategic management and the study of private colleges. Then the essay presents the situation of our country and Hebei Province private colleges. Above these, the author uses SWOT tool, analysis the internal ability and the external environment, then provides a feasible development strategy for Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology.This paper can not only provide ideas for the better development of Shijiazhuang Institute of Technology, but also for other private colleges, finally, the conclusion part summarizes the full text, and points out the existing deficiency.
