Education mode of academy system is one of the main practical ways to enhance morality,it aims to promote the all-round development of students.In recent years,with the continuous practice and exploration,the academy system has been further developed rapidly.In terms of the construction,physical space construction has become the first breakthrough point as a material prerequisite to achieve the goal of comprehensive education.How to implement the goal of comprehensive education on the basis of physical space is the theme of the academy system.So this research will construct a academy education system from a theoretical perspective and combine typical practice cases to deeply analyze the characteristics and the problems.Finally,this paper will propose countermeasures to promote the further development of the college system.In terms of theory,based on the clear educational connotation of the academy mode of education,this study constructs a mode of academy system that covered three elements of education activities,including general education,tutor system and student development.In practice,Combined with typical college academy practice cases to sort out and classify,according to the dominance of different structural elements,the practice picture of the college education system could be summarized as three types that tend to elite education model,humanistic spirit cored model and student selfmanagement cored model,There are notable features:elitist training programs,streamlined forms of student numbers,academic interaction between tutors and students,high-quality general education,and the close connection between the first and the second classes.General education is more general in terms of professional education than in professional education,On the subject of education,the broad audience should be emphasized.The general education mode has notable characteristics:the combination mode of general education and general education,general education running through tutorial system and student management.The basic characteristics of the system of college education based on students’ self-management are,on the one hand,more concerned about students’ nurturance and teaching,on the other hand,Compared with the other modes,the main process of systematization of the second classroom is mainly to integrate the scattered community entertainment activities,lectures,volunteer services and so on,so as to truly cultivate the comprehensive development of all kinds of students’ abilities.abilities.Different colleges and universities can refer to the practical experience of the case institutions according to their own actual conditions and the characteristics of the school running.We should choose different modes of academy education to train people of all-round development.
