Research On Bottom-Level Academic Management Of Research University In Our Country

Research university plays an important role in the national science innovation area, which is one of the concernful factors that affect national core competence. Research university is an embodiment of technicality no matter whatever on functions of talent cultivation, science innovation, or social service, so academic management is necessarily regarded to heavens in the process of construction and development of the research university. The teaching and scientific research is actualized in the bottom-level, which are the direct units of diversified learning activities developed in the university. The qualities of these units effect directly on the subsistence and development of the entire university, so that the bottom-level academic management is the barycenter of all academic matters.There are many problems in these areas of research university, which badly embarrass the development of scientific researches and the realization of the aim of social service. The attentions of the problems are lacking in the university. Most of the experts and scholars discuss the relationship between governmental management and university self-management from a macroscopical perspective, or have relationship between the academic and administrative management in mind. Many literatures and theses set off at the whole academic management instead of the bottom-level. To recognize the importance of the bottom-level academic management rightly and strengthen the constructions of them are the main parts of construction and development of the research university. The bottom-level are no other than ensured to go well, the whole university can develop continually.This dissertation expatiate the importance of the enhancement of the bottom-level academic management, which mainly base on the theoretical analysis of learning management and start with the characters of the research university, analyze the problems existing in the bottom-level, and bring forward some material settlements by using the foreign experiences for reference to help for our bottom-level academic management.
