The situation that we neglect to develop the quality of thought in thesis teaching proposes to us the importance, the necessity and the sense of urgency of paying attention to solving this problem. The global knowledge economy is flourishing day after day;the human civilization is advancing deeply;the Four Modernizations is developing rapidly. We have to seriously consider the key problem of developing the quality of thought of the students and pay much attention to it in thesis teaching (certainly including the entire language teaching). Only when this is clear to us can we have the new breakthrough and creation, improve our abilities in thesis teaching unceasingly and fully improve the students' comprehensive qualities in thesis teaching.This article attempts to give the students more training in the quality of thought in thesis teaching in senior middle school. It undertakes the requests of education for all-around development;it is based on the requests for the development of the talent of the 21st century and combines the previous achievements in and abroad;it discusses the possibility of developing the quality of thought in thesis teaching in senior middle school.The full text includes five parts:The first part helps us understand the importance. This part mainly carries on the elaboration in three aspects, namely, reviewing the present situation in thesis teaching in senior middle school, improving the students' comprehensive qualities, and realizing the nature of the subject Chinese.The second part explains the connotation and classification of thequality of thought, and the necessity and feasibility of developing the quality of thought of the students. This part tries to define the quality of thought and induce and conform its characteristics. Based on the scientific understanding of this, this article discusses the feasibility and necessity of plan of developing the quality of though of the students.The third part discusses the principles and the key points in developing the quality of thought of the students in thesis teaching in senior middle school. It proposes four principles and three key points.The fourth part elaborates the plan, the ways and examples of exercising the students' thought in thesis teaching in senior middle school. It elaborates in seven aspects of the quality of thought. This part starts from the operation planes (preparation before the writing, instructions during the writing and the summary after the writing). These are a lot of lively examples from my thesis teaching which are specially used, retained and induced. These examples are of great value in practice, strong feasibility, and obvious practical significance.This article tries to be clear in theory, concisely quick in operation and have an immediate effect. This article elaborates developing the quality of thought in thesis teaching, hoping to draw attention of the domestic middle school educational circles, speed up fostering the talent who are conformable to the requirement of the time, the society, the country and the nation.
