Art Education-Spiritual Homeland Of The University Teachers

At present, the problem of survival quality of the university teachers has aroused extensive attention from our society. With the development of science and technology and further continuous research in psychology, the role of art education has gained its prominence. But until now, there is no research achievement about the improvement of the university teachers from the theory perspective to study art education systematically. For the sake of the reason above, this paper analyzes present situation of the university teachers comprehensively and explores the value of art education in improvement of survival quality of the university teachers through the methods of investigation and interview, based on sufficient information materials. This paper centers on value of art education from the respect of systematical study in analysis investigation, countermeasure research and implementation approaches to give effective suggestion on survival quality of the university teachers. The paper includes three parts:Part 1 presents the investigation of survival quality of the university teachers and analysis of its causes.Parts 2 focally explores art education towards the richness of perception of the university teachers, giving the indisputable meaning in exerting their potential and facilitating the harmony between personality and sociality, human and environment and body and mind.Part 3 discusses the aims of art education of university teachers, main approaches of implementing art education and several noticeable problems during the course of implementing art education.The key point of this paper is that art education has its unique sense in the improvement of survival quality of university teachers and stimulation of the teaching reform of centering on people.
