On The Tutoring Function Of University Counselors In The Project Of Spiritual & Cultural Construction

Collage students are the main players in the project of spiritual & cultural construction. Hence it has become an important aspect of how to lead collage students into the construction of university spiritual and cultural construction. The job content of a collage counselor includes conducting mental & politics education among students, and tutoring their future development and life management. It has a strong influence on spiritual & cultural construction in the university, which is reflected during the tutoring progress. Based on the close relationship between university counselors and spiritual & cultural construction, the following article explains the characteristics and influence of the tutoring function from university counselors, by questionnaires, interviews, researching and summarizing methods, etc. It has systemically analyzed the current situation and exiting problems of this tutoring function of university counselors, and gone further into the reasons of the problems. It focused on how to raise their enthusiasm and improve their capacity.
