In 10 years, higher vocational education in China has rapidly developed. The students in higher vocational schools (HVS) are over half of the students in higher schools in all. Higher educated model has been changed into the popularization phase from elite phase. But the students, who enter into HVS through "lower threshold" have many problems of learning and psychology, which is not benefit of the master of necessary knowledge and skills, and of their sustainable development in learning society. It's very important, according to the population's traits and the vocational education's demands, how to stimulate their learning desire in order to boost them to actively improve learning behavior and effects. The research of self-efficacy, achievement goal orientation and learning strategy about them is poor , and the research of the relationship between the factors above mentioned is poorer. The study, combining with three scales of self efficacy, achievement goal orientation and learning strategy , investigates 800 students in 5 HVS using test papers. By relevant statistics analysis, we get the results as followings: 1 The self efficacy sense of study of the students in HVSis lower, and there is difference between genders.2 In the achievement goals of students in HVS, mastery goals are higher than performances goals, and the mastery goals of male students are higher than that of female students.3 In the learning strategy of students in HVS, deep strategy lever is the highest, surface strategy lever is the lowest. The deep strategy lever of male students is higher than that of female students.4 The direct factors, which influence on deep strategy and achievement strategy, are self efficacy and mastery goals, and the former's effect is greater.5 Self efficacy is indirect factor which also influences on deep strategy and achievement strategy. It influences on deep learning strategy through mastery strategy and achievement learning strategy, and on achievement learning strategy through mastery strategy.
