Legal diathesis of undergraduates is not only an important part of theoverall diathesis of students, but also an important part of the ideologicaland moral diathesis. Legal diathesis of undergraduates development is theneed of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of collegestudents, the need of maintaining campus security and stability, the needof the university student growth and success. the need of the constructionof socialist market economy, the need of building a socialist country。Starting from the analysis of Legal diathesis of undergraduates’development through research and analysis, accurately grasp the currentsituation of the college students’ legal quality. The survey shows thatLegal diathesis of undergraduates overall condition is good, but there aresome problems, mainly as a comprehensive knowledge of the law, weaklegal awareness,the legal thinking ability is not strong, the lack of legalcapacity and other aspects. The reason of these problems is multifaceted,including historical and cultural reasons, the realistic environmentalreasons, reasons of school education and university students for their ownreasons. Legal diathesis of undergraduates development countermeasuresproposed making the research and analysis on the basis of theabove-mentioned problems, namely:established the guiding principles ofLegal diathesis of undergraduates development; defined the main contentof the Legal diathesis of undergraduates development; proposed Legaldiathesis of undergraduates development law courses construction mainlythrough the strengthening of university students; rich the the campuslegal culture; strengthen attention to the campus environmentconstruction and to implement these four ways to expand the legal andpractical activities of university students.
