More and more researchers about psychology and education have recognized that the harmonious environment will make great effect to human's development. With the increasing of one-child families in China and the improvement of people's life, some children living in the family with egregious favor will only care about themselves and could hardly feel about failure and tribulation, all these will bring many blights to the sociality development of these children, which would bring serial social problem.Childhood is the best period for sociality development of human, the environment in the kindergarten will play important role in the whole education and sociality development for the children before school. The conditions including the culture environment, relationship between teacher and student, schoolmate relationship, relationship among teachers and the relationship between teacher and paterfamilias of the kindergarten are the important factors for the children's sociality development. In constructing the harmonious culture environment of the kindergarten, layout of scientific human-care could let each wall of kindergarten speak gently, every grass and tree have been planted cannily and softly emotion appear in each scene, all these will bring subliminal education effect to the children just as "Moistening the things silently", which could make harmonious development between teaching factors and non-teaching factors and harmonious integration between human and nature. During the construction of harmonious relationship between teacher and student, it is very important to create safe, warm and trustful environment, love and respect each child and satisfy their demand, and provide the children with selection and decision right;It is also very important to speak with correct language and listen dedicatedly, and adopt fitting body language to communicate with children;meanwhile it is important to help the children to release bad emotion with appropriate way, understand the children deeply and have the confidence about the maximum development potential capability of the children. In the construction of harmonious schoolmate relationship, it is important to avoid the speaking and action which will influence the communication attitude and activity of children, and hold roll play activity among children to cultivate and develop their capability of understandingthe game regulation and viewpoint alternation, so that to guide the children in communicating their idea and sensation and help them in building the ambience of mutual care and friendship. In the construction of harmonious relationship among teachers, it is important for the teacher to care and support each other and have good cooperation, and to treat the workmate and children with active and warm and friendly attitude, so that the children can learn to feel the emotion of others and form correct behavior during their stay with the teachers. In the construction of harmonious relationship between teacher and paterfamilias, it is important to build equity and cooperation idea, and from common cognition and make resultant powder of education, and obtain the confidence and understanding and support from the paterfamilias by the teacher's love, dedication and sincerity. In a word, it is important to influence and improve the sociality development of the children before school by constructing harmonious environment in the kindergarten, and to shape good behavior for the children by building environment.
