The environment is the child's three teachers.For children's growth and development,a large part is closely linked with the environment in kindergarten.The participation of young children in kindergarten environment creation is the most basic right for young children and it is of great value to all aspects of young children's development.However,there are teachers in the establishment of kindergarten environment,unequal teacher-child relationship,and deprivation of children's right to participate.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of kindergarten children's participation in kindergarten environment creation and promotion strategies.This study selected teachers,directors and parents of three kindergartens in City D to conduct surveys and interviews,observe the performance of children when they participated in the creation of the environment,and distributed questionnaires to preschool teachers from all regions of the country.From this,analyze the factors that influence the participation of young children and give strategies for promoting the participation of young children.The positive aspects and negative aspects of the participation of infants and young children in the physical environment are as follows: teachers and chiefs are willing to involve young children in the creation of a physical environment;and affirming the involvement of young children in creating physical environment for young children;The children's enthusiasm for creating the physical environment is higher and the number is larger.The negative aspects include: the way in which young children participate in the creation of a physical environment;paradoxical contradictions of teachers' beliefs and behaviors;the inability of young children to make decisions when they participate in the creation of a physical environment;Opportunities for the creation of a physical environment are uneven.The positive aspects of children's participation in the creation of psychological environment are also positive and negative.The positive aspects include: parents and teachers encourage their parents to observe children's activities;teachers get along well and help each other;and negative The relationship between teachers and children is one-way and high-control;There is less interaction between young children and young children.From the status quo of children's participation in environment creation,the factors influencing young children's participation in environment creation are analyzed and analyzed.The problems of children's participation in creation of physical environment include: First,teachers 'own factors: Kindergarten teachers' educational philosophy;Insufficient capacity for preschool teachers to create the environment;and The production of a single material can not arouse children's interest.Second,factors in kindergartens: kindergarten busy;do not attach importance to the creation of a physical environment.Third,the parents of their own factors: parents do not understand the creation of the physical environment of the park;parents do not understand the physical creation of the park environment.Attribution of mental environment in creating children involved in the problems include: First,the teacher factors:(kindergarten teachers negative emotions and work slack;one-way,high control teacher-child relationship.Second,the leadership of kindergarten management.Third,parents factors:less communication with teachers;less communication with young children.To this end,this study proposed suggestions to improve children's participation in kindergarten environment creation from kindergarten teachers,kindergartens and parents.The strategies to promote children's participation in material environment creation include: First,teachers: Deepen the concept of "baby-based" and reflect on its own problems;take the initiative to learn and improve the ability of environment creation;provide young children with sufficient and diversified materials to encourage young children's participation.Second,the kindergartens:to reduce the task,standardize management;to change and strengthen teacher training to ensure that children in the environment to create subjectivity;kindergarten environment creation and integration of other courses to promote child autonomy.Third,the parents: emphasis on the environment for the development of young children's value;and children with more to cultivate children's hands-on ability.The strategies to promote children's participation in the creation of psychological environment include: First,the teachers: change their working attitude and realize self-change;and establish equal and free teacher-child interaction.Second,young children: the organization to build a harmonious atmosphere,build a "emotional understanding" of the ladder;Third,parents:Take the initiative to share child care with teachers;to create a harmonious and democratic family atmosphere.
