To mainly explore the interpersonal conflict problems in the technical and vocational college students, and make a research from the kinds, the reasons and the resolution styles to learn the situations of the interpersonal conflicts among the students. Especially, to study the relates between the interpersonal conflict resolution styles and the demography variable in sex, the family location, only child, culture levels of the parents, the monthly income and the "score of the EPQ, to validate whether the interpersonal conflict resolution styles has something to do with the demography variable (sex, family location, only child, culture level of the parents) , and whether the score of the EPQ can predict the choice of the interpersonal conflict resolution styles.The research adopts the methods of the literature-summarization and questionnaire. By means of questionnaire survey, to study the situations of the independent variable and the situation of the interpersonal conflicts. Combining the EPQ and interpersonal conflict resolution styles measure , to inquire the college students. Estimating tools—SPSS12.0 is made full use of to analyze the frequencies, regression, correlative and descriptive statistical. Attaining the results and conclusions: The main objects in the interpersonal conflicts are classmates and friends. The chief reasons causing the interpersonal conflict are the following three: the bad mood, misunderstanding and being violated. But the benefit fighting is the last reason. Except the family income, the demography variable listed has something special to do with interpersonal conflicts resolution styles. The demography variable of sex, the family location, the culture level of their parents can effectively predict the interpersonal conflict resolution styles of the technical college and vocational students.
