A Study On The Interpersonal Conflicts Among College Students And Their Countermeasures

College students are a major component of the members of the university,conflicts between the students but also the main source of the schools’ conflicts. In theprocess of resolving interpersonal conflict, The level of college students’ socializationand the ability to solve the problem of conflicts will be further improved. In thisstudy, the results and the concept enriching the theory of interpersonal conflict, statistical analysis of the results and the suggestions, provides empirical reference touniversity education management and student individual to solve the interpersonalconflicts.The study investigated the current situation of college students’ interpersonalconflicts,used questionnaires survey and case study, including interpersonalconflicts, interpersonal conflict causes,countermeasures, conflict results, the fourdimensions of the conflicts. Selecting Dalian University of Technology, NanjingUniversity Jinling College, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine andother college students as the research objects, The research has distributed270questionnaires in all, Weeded out14invalid questionnaires,256valid questionnaireswere obtained. Through frequeney analysis,correlation analysis of statistical databy SPSS19.0,s: The results of the survey showed:Firstly,Students’ Interpersonal conflicts is mainly dormitory life events andleisure activities eventsSecondly, interpersonal conflicts of undergraduates happened mainlyamong intimate people such as roommates and classmates.Thirdly, Interpersonal conflict reasons，the proportion of conflict of interest issmall，reflecting the characteristics of less utilitarian in college students’ interpersonalcommunication， causes of conflict in values differences, personality clashes,differences in living habits were obvious, bad mood,misunderstanding, other,roughlythe same proportion.Fourthly,Interpersonal conflicts among college students coping styles, mainlyactive communication and to fight against by argumentationAt last the result of interpersonal conflicts among college students：first，mainly good as ever,second ease conflict, the heart still has a gap, and finally Breakoff relations.Through the analysis of the results of the college students’ interpersonal conflict,I propose the following effective suggestion from the aspects of school educationmanagement and students individualFirstly,Pay more attention to the conflicts of education of college students, tohelp students set a positive view of conflict.Secondly, Building a platform of conflict education and assistance,to provideguidances for students to solve interpersonal conflicts. Thirdly,Improve the system of dormitory management, flexible combination ofdormitory members.Fourthly,To formulate scientific assessment standards, the open and transparentimplement student recommendation work.Fifth，Individuals need to improve their comprehensive strength.Sixth，In dealing with interpersonal conflict, we must learn how to "seek help"Finaly,To take full advantage of individual students to exchange experiencesamong peers...
