The vector, one important conception in contemporary mathematics, is an important mathematics model that depicts the actuality and describes the realistic world, is a bridge between algebra, geometry and triangles. In high school mathematical teaching, vector and its teaching is the widely concerned question for the people which is worth researching. The thesis explains the origin and development of the vector. It is trying to recognize the background of vector at a new angle of mathematical developing history so that we can undertand the cause and development of vector. Based on this ,it expatiates the significance and goal of high school vector teaching, analyses the significance and effects of vector on curricular reforming, and discusses the teaching contents ,treatment of teaching material, teaching demands and teaching methods on vector. From 2 aspects of thought and culture, the thesis discusses the science value and education value of vector in high school mathematical curriculum. And expect to master vector teaching. At the same time it discusses the content design and logical system of vector and explains the writer's idea of vector teaching and learning based on the psychological development of students. Finally, the thesis suggests the key point of high school vector teaching is "the integration of the vector and internal and other mathematics contentses of course", only "integration", the value of vector can be revealed, it prevents teacher and students teach and learn for vector and become a new "teaching burden". The writer passes the teaching fulfillment at the same time, put forward the concrete implement project of the integration and operate the strategy, and want some problems and suggestion for notices in integrate process.
