With the in-depth development of China's reform and opening up, the comprehensive education reform also started to shift from the examination-oriented education to all-round qualities education. In senior high school curriculum reform, the"subjects-module"model has been replaced by the"disciplines-subjects-module"teaching. This article mainly focuses on math modular curriculum and teaching in senior high school.1. This article explained the mathematics modules and modular curriculum. Modularity is a design concept in high-tech era which initially emerged in the information technology field, and is widely used for other technical fields."Modular courses"first appeared in the earliest vocational technical education courses in 1970s. The modular design of curriculum changed the inherent closed deficiencies of the traditional modular curriculum. An independent, integrated and open course structure model was built with free choices and flexible organizations. It is characterized by a relative independence of each module, with specific teaching objectives, relatively integrated content; and modules can be conveniently combined; each module has its own evaluation criteria, which are very serviceable. It is a mini-curriculum course with short study period, and can be easily organized in flexible form.
