This essay discusses language sense teaching methods and organizing forms of Chinese reading for the students in high school.It is divided into three parts.The first part begins with the development of language sense based on lingistics and psychology to study characteristics of language sense teaching .It re-orientates the goals of class reading, pointing out the view of language sense teaching. Thus it shows the teaching contents of language sense in class.Part two deals with the basic approaches, including language practice and language analysis. The former is divided into two parts: "inner-hidding" approach and "outer-showing" approach according to the psychological way to form the language. The latter also has two parts: "meaning approach" and "context approach" based on linguistic way to form the language. Both provide new ways to acquire language sense.The third part is about the organizing forms of teaching language sense. According to the different functions and types of the text, two forms are provided: "dialogue-appreciation" way and "acquisition-pracice" way. I have used the activities of anguage sense teaching designed in my own teaching practice to test peration and teaching result in practical use.
