21st century is a new ear of information, this ear requires people to obtain informational attainment as their basic accomplishment; therefore, educational system must be regenerated in order to meet this new desire. However, problem of education and the value of Informational Technology Curriculum should be discussed first. The scan of the value of Informational Technology Curriculum can motivate, direct, regulate, adjust, develop and create the goals, contents, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum.Some phenomena, the improvement of social information construction, the processing of the eighth fundamental education's regeneration and the establishment of Informational Technology Curriculum in general high schools, indicate that the Technology Curriculum and students'information attainment, this thesis points out the idea that we should rescan the Informational Technology Curriculum on the aspect of culture. In other words, understanding and implementing the curriculum based on the culture.
