In order to service for socialism economy construction, the vocational education getmore and more recognition, and vocational education already became the important part ofour country's education project. The high vocational education takes on the important task ofbring up the person who master the basic theory and special knowledge in his field, and in hisfield he must have the ability to work at the front line of manufacture, build, manage, service.If we should let more and more students who in high vocational education school have thecontinuance developmental power in future, It's necessary to train their self-regulated learningability in school. The purpose of this paper is study the method and strategy which use fortraining the ability of self-regulated learning in the IT environment, for the students in thehigh vocational education school. The paper has five parts.Part one: Prolegomenon. In this part, I have introduced the background, the essentiality,the way, the value of the study.Part two: IT Environment and Self-regulated Learning. I have introduced the connotationof self-regulated learning and defined the information technology, then discussed the ability ofself-regulated learning in the IT environment.Part three: High Vocational Education and the Structure of the Self-regulated Learning inthe IT Environment of its students. First, introduced the high vocational education, thendiscussed the exist problem of the high vocational education, last, discussed the structure ofthe self-regulated learning in the IT environment of the students.Part four: Actuality of the High Vocational Education student Self-regulated Learning inthe IT Environment. First, designed the questionnaire and spreaded investigation, thendiscussed the result of the investigation.Part five: Strategy of Training the Ability of Self-regulated Learning in the ITEnvironment for the High Vocational Education Student. In this part, I discussed the theoryfor the study and some strategies for training the ability of self-regulated learning.
