In the new turn of curriculum reforms, in order to experience but teaches,in order to experience but studies is becoming the new education development tendency at present stage. At this background, the experience type teaching are be promoted and applied by more and more education theory researchers and practice persons.The experience type teaching obtains from the experience, places the first position the student main body by oneself experience and the individual feeling. Apply the experience type teaching in P.E teaching processing, First, the teacher is through setting up scenes to create a pleasant atmosphere of studying, thus stimulates the students` studying interests,to make the student more positive to participate in sports activities,Guaranteed the student obtains by oneself feeling and the understanding. Secondly,in the process of team practicing, students exchanging , showing to each other. Thereby, enhance the ability to acclimatize themselves to society. Once more,the teacher jointly participates in the process of experience. This moment the teacher is not only a conductor but also is a participator. Which make the teacher and the student achieve the goal of experiencing. Finally, review and introspection thus it makes the sports technical ability able to transfer and apply to life.In a word, experience type teaching pays more attention to student's feeling, subject, autonomy and all that psychological experience, Causes the study process not only is the process which the knowledge, the skill grows, At the same time also is the physical and moral integrity and the personality is perfect and the development process. In this sense, comparative to the traditional P.E teaching,Experiencing type teaching is better fit in with the Junior middle school Sports and healthy Curriculum standards. This article uses the literature material law, specialist interview, literature data, questionnaire investigation, experiment and so on to experience the type teaching in the junior middle school sports and the healthy class application theory basis, The teaching goal, the implementation process, the appraisal way and the teaching experiment and the analysis have conducted the research and the elaboration.Therefore, the author from the research conduct : the using of experience teaching in PE teaching can improve physical and sport techniques and grade,self study, enhance the students'psychological health,the ability to acclimatize themselves to society.At the same time, the writer hopes that there will be more scholar continue and deeply to research this task. And make use of particularity of PE teaching combined with the superiority of experience teaching to make theoretic discussion and practical research.
