With the advancement of the new-round in elementary education courses, teacher's teaching style and student's learning style in the field of elementary education will change ultimately. And the reform of teaching style is both basic and important, which in enviably brings forward new challenge for the performers of course—teachers. How to improve teacher's quality and ability and to conduct training of related theory and content on teachers become important task of every education section. This article shows that scenario training is an effective way for teaching training by means of investigation and practical research on School-based teacher training.of Zhangjiakou high school physics teachers. It also makes an analysis on effect made by based-schooling training on high school physics teachers and training style, in the meanwhile, it points out some problems and puts forward some measures for improvement. Therefore, it will be instructive for research on the theory of training teachers.
