Moral education plays an important role in education and deserves being concerned universally. However, since China implemented the policy of reform and opening, the economic function of education has controlled people's eyeshot and school has become the tool of successful business and country's economic prosperity in the impact of market economy. Under such circumstances, students are inclined to self-regard and become more and more apathetic. The excessively spoiled and connived students tend to be supercilious. They turn a blind eye to others'care. Even though sometimes they realize this point and want to repay, they do not know how to do it. This lean must be incorrect and the attention of education is imperative under this situation. This study is based on Micfier's moral education"mode of consideration"and Nortince's theory of considerate education and thought. With regard to the reality that pupils are short of sense, quality and behavior of care, the author tries to build a reasonable and feasible strategy.The study consists of the following parts:First: consideration and education of consideration. This part mainly summarizes the meaning of consideration and education of consideration and illuminates the characteristics of education of consideration.Second: education of consideration-the question that can not be ignored in primary education. In this part, the author discusses that the sense of consideration is the basic quality of human being and realizes that sense of consideration should be cultivated from childhood aiming at pupils'behavior. Besides, she finds the evidence of theory in the field of theory.Third: objective and blueprint of the education of consideration. The author conceives the goal and content that should be reached through the summary of previous researches and his own thought. Also, he manages to define the aim and content of the education of consideration.Fourth: the execution of strategy. In this part, the author comes up with a more effective strategy based on the original strategy after finding the prevalent shortcomings existing in the implementation of the education of consideration in school.Fifth: problems that should be given attention to. This part deals with some problems which are often neglected and gives full attention to the issues that should be noticed, which aims at more effective implementation.Ending: conclusion...
