The establishment of the compulsory education system demonstrates that the humanity for the first time stipulated each person's right and duty to be educated to a certain extent,this symbolized school education is no longer exclusive to a small number of people but is equally open to each person; The compulsory education is not only each person's right, but becomes the duty which each person must undertake; students'right of being educated should be guaranteed.The realization of it is the responsibility which the society must undertake.That the student is educated equally in the compulsory education stage is the basic value orientation ,but the form equality and the substantive equality usually come apart in the realization of it.This article from the view of the social lamination analyzes the reson and performance that in stage of the compulsory education students from different social stratum are not able to enjoy the equal education.The stratification of our society takes on new tendency, and new characteristic.After summarizing it,we may find there are 3 aspects in our country's social stratification:social lamination include the social superior stratum, social intermediate strata and the social disadvantageous stratum.The inequality in social lamination spreads to domain of the compulsory education and affects the realization that students should be educated equally.This mainly demonstrates in the following aspects:firstly the children of disadvantageous social stratum are always out of school and are not able to continue studies;secondly the quality of the compulsory education is quite low; thirdly children in the very stratum can't have education equally.Moreover,the competition for the high quality of compulsory education between different social stratum intensifies the inequality in the realization of student's right to be educated.The process involves our country's weak community's compulsory education. The weak trend community includes children from rural area,children of transient populace and children from poor familu.The process also involves conditions of their compulsory education,and analyzes from the sociologial view the behavior of''select the school''and the ineuality in the school education.This article is to expound as clearly as possible that thsocial equality is the premise of equal education and that the inequality in society is caused by the difference that different social stratum hold in the different social resources.This inequality leads to another inequality .That is, students are not able to be educated eaually ,which contradicts with the eauality value orientation in the compulsory education as the contradiction between the ideal and the reality.Therefore, powerful measures should be taken to guarantee that students from different social stratum are educated equally.The measures may include the consummation of...
