Seeking the equality of education has already been one of the main directions in theword, what's more, the students'equality in educated process has been taken seriouslymore and more. In chapter one, I analyze the current situation of this problem in ourcompulsory education and conclude the restricting factors. From above research, Ithink improving the situation of students'equality in educated process has greatsignificance for students'development.Conclusive education represents the current trend of educational democracy. Inchapter two, I inquire into the generalities and connections between conclusiveeducation and the equality of students in educated process. Through analyzing foreigncases, I summarize that conclusive education at least has four ideas about the students'equality in educated process, which are the equality of students'place, the equality ofstudents'participating, the equality of students'development and the equality ofstudents'learning conditions.On the base of conclusive education and practice, in chapter three, I suggest toimprove the students'equality in educated process from the following aspects:increasing each student's opportunities of participating, creating the equal chances forstudents'development, improving the allotment of educational resource ,etc.
