With the development of tourism,colleges and universities have gradually begun to attach importance to the cultivation of tourism talents.In addition to the addition of tourism management and tourism services in higher education,special tourism training for tourism talents has also been set up in graduate courses Education is a research direction.The purpose of this research direction is to conduct teaching research and course professors of professional tourism courses in colleges or vocational colleges.In the current universities,tourism education is only used as a research direction in graduate education.,Tourism education is the research direction in the second-level disciplines of pedagogy,which includes students who interdisciplinary between the first-level disciplines,such as management exams to pedagogy;and interdisciplinary between the second-level disciplines Postgraduate students,such as cross-examination in elementary education to tourism education.Therefore,graduate students in the direction of tourism education include students with different degrees of interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination.Their professional learning foundation,professional learning behavior,professional learning ability and other aspects are very different.What are the differences? What are the reasons that affect the adaptability of graduate education in tourism education?It is the main content of this article.Understanding how the adaptability of graduate education in tourism education can first attract colleges to attach importance to this emerging major,and the second is to make appropriate suggestions for improving the adaptability of graduate education in tourism education.Various schools train graduate students in this direction.This article is mainly divided into six parts.The first part discusses the research background,research significance,literature review and research ideas and methods of graduate education in the direction of tourism education;the second part definesrelated concepts and theories;the third part Using a combination of questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current status of the adaptability of graduate students' professional learning in tourism education;the fourth part is based on demographic variables to compare the differences between various factors and different dimensions under different variables,and then Summarize the current situation of the adaptability of graduate education in tourism education in various dimensions;the fifth and sixth parts are based on the current deficiencies in the adaptation of graduate education in tourism education,discuss the causes of it,and propose improvements.Through research,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)The students are currently at a medium level of adaptation in professional learning,and have not reached a good state of adaptation.(2)Different undergraduate major categories and different reasons for postgraduate entrance examinations There is a great influence on learning adaptation.Students with larger professional spans and weaker motives for postgraduate entrance examination in professional learning have poor adaptability to professional learning.(3)Factors affecting the adaptability of graduate students' professional learning in the direction of tourism education include students' personal self Low efficacy,insufficient motivation to learn,and poor learning ability.At the same time,it is affected by external factors such as the learning environment,the learning status of the peers in the group,and the communication guidance of the tutor.
