The "Guiding outline of kindergarten education (trial)"(below briefly called "Guiding outline") Which Promulgated by department of Education in 2001 stressed that kindergarten education is the great apartment of basic education, and lays a foundation to the school education and life education. The quality of kindergarten relate to the whole pre-school status, but also affect their growing and development for whole life. Science education is the important part of kindergarten education. "Guiding outline" stipulate the essence and connotation of kindergarten science education newly, and have a new request to practice of kindergarten science education. But as we know, there is a gap between theory and practice. Therefore, it is an urgent question to implement "Guiding outline" and improve the quality of kindergarten science education.According to the study of kindergarten science education of army kindergarten in northwest area of china in this paper. After the promulgating of "Guiding outline", most kindergarten launched diverse practice of kindergarten science education from surrounding creating, project planning, plan implementing, and accumulated abound useful experience, it chiefly reflected in paying close attention to the surrounding, activity, children. But during the process for transform theory into practice, affected by educational idea, teaching tactic, the teacher could not understand new request ion of Guiding outline", there is still exist a great problem science education practice.Through the analysis of investigation, the factor which affected practice of science education in northwest army kindergarten include educational idea, teaching tactic of kindergarten teacher, internal surrounding of teaching administer in kindergarten and evaluate teaching activity to kindergarten science education and so on.According to the status quo of northwest army kindergarten, we have to take effective measure to improved practice status of northwest army kindergarten.1.Deeping the knowing and understanding of kindergarten science education of teacher, changing teacher's idea, improving their teaching standard.2.Promoting special growing of kindergarten teacher, achieving the transformation from theory to practice.3.Creating a opening, freely surrounding of teaching administer in kindergarten.4.Forming developing evaluate regulation of kindergarten science education.
