Just as culture is the soul of a country and a nation,kindergarten-based culture also has unparalleled importance to kindergartens.The sustainable development of kindergarten needs to rely on a strong cultural background as an internal motivation to support and promote.Many kindergartens are currently engaged in the construction of kindergarten-based culture,hoping to occupy a place in the fierce market competition.On the basis of sorting out related research,this study uses case study method,comprehensively uses observation method,interview method and physical analysis method to collect data.This study selected S kindergarten in Changsha City for field observation and personal experience to deeply reveal the culture of the army's kindergarten.This study found that the conditions for forming the kindergarten-based culture are identity,unique temperament,condensed values,personalized educational concept and goals,and corresponding kindergarten-based curriculum.This study recommends that kindergartens actively use the resources around them,people oriented,and focus on the accumulation,sedimentation and influence of the kindergarten-based culture.This studyincludes the following five parts.The first part: Introduction.Explain the reason for choosing the topic and the current research status of related research,define the core concepts in this research,explain the research content,research significance and research methods adopted.The second part: The identification of the army's kindergarten.Starting from the history of the sample kindergarten,describe and analyze the unique cultural appearance of the army's kindergarten in its material environment.The third part:The educational concept and curriculum of the army's kindergarten.Reveal its military sports culture from the educational concept and the kindergarten-based curriculum of the sample kindergarten.The fourth part: The management of the army's kindergarten and the mentality of teachers.Analyze the organization and management characteristics and spiritual appearance of the sample kindergarten.The fifth part: The experience and problems in the construction of kindergarten-based culture.Based on the consideration of the sample kindergarten's culturalfacts,Summarize their experience and existing problems in the construction of kindergarten-based culture.The sixth part: Thinking about the construction of kindergarten-based culture.Provide some suggestions for forming kindergarten-based culture.
