The administration of moral education is not only an organic part of school administration, but also a very important content of it. It is a moved, developed and organic process. It relates to all the factors of moral education. Whether we can rectify and reform the factors of moral education correctly it will relate the results we expected. Strengthening the administration of school moral education and making efforts to improve its level and efficacy, is a very important step to elevate the quality of school education comprehensively. The objects are to ensure and to increase the morality, intellect, physical culture, aesthetics and labor development. It's a necessary demand to promote the development of body and mind, in order to get harmony between them.Domestic and foreign academicians have an extensive discussion about moral education studies and research, the tactics they raised are very comprehensive and can guide us very well. However, make a comprehensive survey, most of them are ' What should it be ?' it means too many theories. By exploring many theories they encounter the lack of specific operational processes and courses which leads them to the shortage of understanding the way concretely. Moreover, some theories are needed to be checked further.By means of questionnaire, interview and observe, taking the actuality of the ? administration of moral education in Yumen Petroleum Foreign Language Senior Middle School as an example, this paper does some investigations on the actuality of the administration of moral education and finds some problems as following: Firstly, the school's outlay on moral education is much lower than it on the intellectual education; Secondly, the cooperation among the moral education branches is deficient, and the sense about the whole moral education is insufficient, the school's administration of moral education leans to formalization, the students' enthusiasm has not been mobilized by the activities of moral education yet, the effect of school's main approach of moral education has not been fully exerted, at the same time, "falsity, overstatement and flubdub" still exist in the content of moral education; Thirdly, the students' self-control is flaccid, and because of the other causes from the society and family, the actual effect of moral education is on the low side.The idiographic countermeasures are the following: 1. To conform every element of school's moral education as a whole, and strengthen the administration of moral education; 2. To concord the forces of the community to ensure the healthy growth of the students; 3. To conform the influences of the family, and make a good atmosphere of family moral education.
