Track and field teaching is in an irreplaceable position in school physical education,and it is also the foundation of school physical education.Track and field sports can effectively develop students' various physical qualities such as speed,strength,endurance,flexibility,coordination and agility.This research aims to discover various problems in the course of track and field teaching in senior middle schools in Yuncheng District.It is hoped that we can understand the deficiencies in track and field teaching in senior middle schools in Yuncheng District,and put forward corresponding countermeasures based on actual conditions to promote senior middle schools in Yuncheng District.Track and field teaching is developed in a balanced manner,improving the quality and fun of physical education teaching,and improving the physical quality of students.This research mainly takes track and field teaching in senior middle schools in Yuncheng District of Shanxi Province as the research object,and takes PE teachers and students in senior middle schools in Yuncheng District as the survey objects.Mainly through literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,the relevant leaders,physical education teachers,and students of five senior middle schools in Yuncheng district were visited and investigated by questionnaire,and the survey results were analyzed.deal with.The results of the study show:(1)Among the physical education teachers of senior middle schools in Yuncheng District,most of the physical education teachers are undergraduates,and the proportion of graduate education is not large.The current situation of the school's on-the-job training of physical education teachers restricts the further development of teachers;the title of physical education teacher The structure is evenly distributed,and the gender ratio of male and female teachers is not balanced;(2)The track and field teaching content for physical education teachers in senior middle schools in Yuncheng is too simple and repetitive,teaching methods and methods are not rich enough,and the track and field teaching mode,teaching organization form,and assessment form are single.The track and field teaching plan is not sufficiently prepared,which limits students' interest in learning track and field to a great extent.There is insufficient time for physical education in various schools,serious class occupation phenomenon,extreme lack of sports extracurricular activities,and serious "shepherd-herding" teaching phenomenon;(3)The students' cognition and attitude towards track and field classes are not very ideal.Most of them like track and field events with higher risk coefficients.This is also contrary to the track and field content taught by the school.There are very few ways to understand track and field knowledge;(4)The track and field teaching environment of senior middle schools in Yuncheng District is quite different.Track and field teaching venues and configuration levels are uneven.Sports venues and equipment cannot meet the rapid growth of the number of students.Responsible leadership of the school has not paid enough attention to it,and the maintenance of school grounds and the purchase of equipment are seriously inadequate.It is necessary to further increase financial and material resources to ensure the normal operation of physical education.On this basis,in order to rationalize the track and field teaching in senior middle schools in Yuncheng District,the following suggestions are put forward in response to the problems found in the research:(1)Increase the investment in track and field facilities and equipment;(2)Optimize the teaching team Structure,improve teachers' track and field teaching ability;(3)Change track and field teaching content,take students' interest as the starting point,highlight student subjectivity;(4)Improve track and field teaching mode and improve teaching quality;(5)Increase investment in track and field facilities and equipment Funding.
